Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, collaborative, and results-driven professional who takes ownership and accountability.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for managing MongoDB Enterprise and Percona Server for MongoDB in Cloud (Azure) and on-premises environments while ensuring platform scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Platform as a Service (PaaS): Design and set up architecture and infrastructure for open-source software.
Application Development: Lead the design and development of distributed Java-based applications.
Scalability & Performance: Ensure robust, scalable architecture that meets business requirements.
Compliance & Governance: Adhere to employment contracts, company policies, and procedures in a dynamic work environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with Capability Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Quality Analysts, and Support teams.

Required Qualifications

✔ Education: B.Tech / MCA / MSc / MTech
✔ Experience:

10+ years across multiple tech stacks (Java/Python/Node/AWS/GCP)
10+ years in full-stack development
Enterprise solution architecture (on-prem & cloud)
Agile environment experience
Azure Cloud Infrastructure (as code using Terraform)
CI/CD and DevOps initiatives
MongoDB Administration & Ops Manager (LDAP setup, scaling, shards, HA strategies, backups)
Percona Server for MongoDB (Percona Monitoring & Management, Percona Backup for MongoDB)

✔ Technical Skills:

Hands-on Java/C++/Go programming
Expertise in Azure Cloud Architecture
Experience with GIT, Maven, Jira, Confluence, draw.io
REST-based Web Services
CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
SDLC processes knowledge

✔ Soft Skills:

Strong communication & presentation skills
Attention to detail and quality commitment
Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Teamwork & collaboration abilities
