Job Title: Application Support Engineer (Fresher-Friendly)

Job Details

  • Work Location: Remote

  • Schedule:

    • Morning shift

    • Day shift

    • Monday to Friday

    • Weekend availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 application support and issue remediation across multiple platforms

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or escalate as needed

  • Perform business analysis and offer technical assistance

  • Maintain accurate logs of events, issues, and their resolutions

  • Document and improve support procedures and workflows

  • Deliver solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • Collaborate in requirement analysis, QA, UAT, deployment, and sprint planning

  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Application Support practices

  • Foundational understanding of:

    • Linux

    • Shell Scripting

    • MySQL

    • Core Java

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude
